There are many variables to consider when calculating the price of a paint job and we are happy to share with how the cost of painting your home is calculated.

First, we talk about the areas or rooms you want finished. We will ask you about some things that may be important to you such as using a LOW-ODOR or ECO-Friendly paint, which sheen you prefer and if you have any colors in mind.

Next, we will walk the project, measuring the rooms to determine the amount of paint needed and the amount of time it will take to paint each surface (Believe it or not, most painters walk into a room and ‘throw a number at it’ when figuring the time and material needed. This leads to up-charges and shortcuts being taken by the crew during the job). We will measure the rooms, count doors, windows and also inspect the surfaces for needed repairs.
