We will provide you with a free hour of professional color consultation; large color sheets delivered to your home; and a conveniently located Color Design Center for color matching
Will you use good paint?
We apply only quality paints and stains from the Benjamin Moore Company and other quality suppliers.
Can I feel safe when the crew is working in the house?
We use a careful screening process when we hire, including a criminal background check.
Most of the compliments we get as a company are about the great people that we employ.
Are you a legitimate company? Do you pay taxes?
Jalapeno Paint Werx, Inc. is a registered corporation and pays it’s taxes on the money that is earned. Our employees appreciate the benefits of being part of a well run painting company.
Will the painters take care of my home? Will they protect my floors? Will they clean up when the project is finished?
Our set-up procedures include careful protection of your home and your belongings. The crew leader will ask if anything needs special attention and will work with you to ensure it’s protection. Our clean-up procedures including vacuuming the work area, checking hardware, and wiping the baseboards down to keep your home clean. You will also have an opportunity to grade the crew upon completion. They work hard to earn all “A”s.
How will you keep me up-to-date on the progress of the work?
Our crew leaders will communicate with you daily. They will inform you which rooms they will work on first, the sequence of rooms, and when they will be done with the entire project.
Will they finish on schedule? Will they finish before my big event?
Jalapeno Paint Werx we take schedules seriously. The crew leader for your home will do a pre-job visit to thoroughly understand your project and to make sure that it can be completed on time. In special situations we can combine multiple crews to complete the job when you need it done.
Are your painters skilled? Do they have any training?
Our crew leaders average between 10-15 years in the painting business. Our ongoing Training Program assists each painter in developing and sharpening their skills.

At Jalapeno Paint Werx we stand behind our 3 year warranty for both interior and exterior work.
Will it be safe for my family to sleep in their rooms tonight?
Most of our clients do not have any health related problems with the acrylic, water-based paints we use in homes. Our crews air out painted rooms whenever the weather permits, and special paints are used when clients have sensitivity needs.
