I have not had the pleasure of working with a more professional, kind, and upbeat company before. Every person I interacted with, no matter now small nor significant the interaction, was an absolute pleasure to work with. The initial pre-work was completed in a timely manner and the email reminders of appointments were a small, pleasant bonus. In my case, my timetable was a seemingly constant shift from week to week, based on work of my contractors (mostly flooring company). Bruce and his team at Jalapeno never once made me feel sheepish (although I did on my own!) or bad; they simply worked with me to update the timing and helped me feel better about the services to come. Nate and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job on all interior surfaces of my home. There was a lot of work to do and it was done on time, in a remarkably clean manner, with great customer relations, especially because I was out of town on business during the approximate 4 days it took to complete. I cannot recommend Jalapeno highly enough and subscribers should know they are absolutely worth every penny. We received several quotes for this job.  Jalapeno was very professional and adjusted their quote to reflect the brand of paint we wished to use.  Even though we did not have the siding painted at this time, they power washed the whole house.  They also eliminated several wasp hotels during the power washing process.  The paint crew made sure to caulk cracks or gaps.  Even though we only requested 1 coat, they applied 2 coats in a few areas that showed a lot of wear.  The crew was very friendly and did an excellent good of communicating their progress.  Overall a very good experience.
